How I can help you
Counsellıng seeks to help you gain a perspective about issues that matter to you. I work with concerns around relationships, family dynamics, family conflicts, stress relating to work issues, abuse, anxiety, depression, bereavement and low self esteem.
At any stage in life we can experience changes or moments where it can become difficult to cope with our thoughts and feelings. Counselling gives you a safe space to explore who you are and what really matters to you and this can be a life changing experience.
My philosophy is built on empowering women, helping them identify and achieve their goals. Being listened to, heard and valued, give women a voice and strengthens their identity. Understanding who we are and our worth, can lead to change. These changes can be felt in the family, culture and ın your personal life.
How much will it cost?
Counselling Sessions are 50 minutes long and are charged at £45 per session. Please note that I offer limited spaces for students with the fee of £35. Please contact me to discuss this further.
